Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, Printful offers a free reprint or refund. To qualify, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide photographic evidence of the issue.

Wrong Size, Color, or Change of Mind:
Unfortunately, Printful does not offer returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size or color, or if you simply change your mind.

Return Shipping:
If a return is approved, return shipping costs are typically the customer’s responsibility unless the issue was due to a Printful error.

Refund Policy:
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Please ensure that all product details, including size, color, and quantity, are correct before placing your order. As our items are made to order through our fulfillment partner, we are unable to accommodate returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
